Steven Rotunda Allen

Steven Rotunda Allen, affectionally known as “Steve,” was born November 28, 1966, in West Palm Beach, FL to Mr. Ira Allen, Jr. (Deceased)  and Mrs. Mamie Allen Lee of Deerfield Beach, Florida.

Steve resided in the city of Deerfield Beach and graduated from Deerfield Beach High School. As he loved loud music, Steve also  had a great love for fast cars. His passion for cars was shown as he loved being on the racetrack racing cars, fixing, and working on cars, and attending a plethora of car shows. He had all types of cars, from Ford, Impala, and Boxed Chevy to many, many more. He learned how to drive at age 10 so he found his craft early and enjoyed that plight throughout his life.

Steve was the kind of person who would do anything to help you if you asked him and if he was able to do it.  When he helped others, he never complained, he just did it without any controversy.

Before his transition, he had a transformation that shifted gears in his life as he received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. He began sharing his faith and bringing others along with him to  fellowship at his local church.

As we mourn, let us also celebrate the remembrance of our dearly beloved son, brother, nephew, cousin, uncle, father, and friend who the Lord allowed to have with us for 57 years.

Steve leaves to cherish his memories: His dearly beloved mother, Mamie Allen Lee; 16 siblings: Archie Allen (Deceased), MaryAnn Malone (Deceased), Geraldine Jenkins (Harrison), Bettie Smith, Moranda Allen (Deceased), Nanita Edwards, Christine Mapp (George), Shirley Edwards, Elaine Riggins (John), Ira Allen (Cecelia), Nancy Thompson (John), Teresa Dotson, Cherry Allen, Abby Allen (Kumar), Kenny Allen – Deceased (Erica), MoLynn (a.k.a. Maura) Allen; Children: Ronald Kirkland, Rodney Kirkland, Christian Nobles, Destiny Allen, & Genesis Allen. Uncle: Wiley Edwards (Deceased); Aunt: Barbara Robinson-Dazil (Deceased); Special Nieces: Emily Slydell & Keyaria Samuels; Special Nephews: Desmond Dotson & Bradley Allen: and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends
