Ernest Conroy Mckinney was born on August 8, 1958 in Ft. Lauderdale to the Arlington and Harriett Mckinney.
He grew up in Ft. Lauderdale he was a member of the St. Luke Baptist Church under the leadership of R.G. Hall and the junior choir. He received his education at Sunland Park Elementary and Boyd Anderson High School. He later decided to join the US Military.
Ernest Final Sunset came on February 11, 2023. God saw fit to call his child home. Ernest loved all his family and friends. He departed his life here leaving to mourn his passing three devoted daughters Stephanie Beasley (deceased), Latoya Mckinney Hanson of Orlando FL, Janine Willingham of Jacksonville FL, two sons Ernest Mobley, Ernest Mckinney both of Tennessee, and one daughter-in-law Gayle Mckinney one son-in-law Timothy Hanson six grand children Nickolas Mckinney, Eric Blair, Kymae Martin, Amari Hummel, Omarion Hummel, Elijah-Guy Hummel, and very special friend Ms. Audrey West. Five sisters Mable Edwards, Annie Frances, Donna Reid, Linda Lovett all of Ft. Lauderdale FL, Carolyn Williams of San Diego CA three brothers Lem Mckinney, Casey Myers all of Ft. Lauderdale FL Arlington Mckinney of Valdosta GA one sister-in-law Lucille Mckinney three brother-in-laws George Reid, Anthony Moore, Alfred Frances and a host of nieces , nephews, and many sorrowing relatives and friends.
