A Time To Be Born: Betty Thomas was born on June 6, 1939 in West Palm Beach, FL to the late Lucille Cunning.

A Time To Love: Betty married the lover of her life James Thomas Jr, who preceded her in death A Time For Family: Betty loved to be around family.  She was a proud mother of 4 girls, one that preceded her in death Gloria Jackson, and 3 boys.She loved when they would come visit, sit and talk with her, but she loved it even more when they brought along her favorite chicken box from KFC.Betty accepted Christ in her life at an early age, she would always talk about when she was baptized, and how she truly believed in God, you would always hear her saying "I'm a christian, I believe in god", or praying before every meal.

A Time To Mourn: On the quiet afternoon of November 17, 2024, Betty saw a light of glory and began her journey to her final resting place. She leaves to cherish her precious memories: Her loving children: Joanne Williams, Elois Hatten, Slyvester Brown (Diane), Clint Brown, Angela Brown,Willie Merritt (Diahann),her two living sisters Annebell Williams (Titusville, Fl), Alice Williams (Jacksonville, Fl), a brother who preceded her in death Claude Gibson, grand children, great grandkids, great great grandkids, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and in-laws
